2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit.
    • Include the proof of purchase and RAN in the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
